Respectful and amazing with every type of patient, really meeting everyone’s needs. Great at their jobs.
Overall staff cares about the treatment of patient. And shout out to Omar, best patient advocate in the state! Very fast response to any issue and always had the patient’s best interest. Dr. Dejulio was also outstanding hands down best psychiatrist I’ve had. Took the time to help me and gave me great care. I would also recognize: Megan, Ashley, Ashton, Haley, Anabelle, and Nurse Megan.
Staff is very loving and caring.
This place was very helpful because of the MHTs , patient advocate and nursing staff. The psychiatrist was phenomenal and understood needs and guided me very well. I have taken a lot from this experience. Best psych hospital I’ve been to, and I’ve been to many. I’d like to give a shout-out to the nurses Hilary, Megan and Haley. They’re very kind and courteous and were always there to help me during my seizures. And to the MHTs Ashton and Kallista who never made me feel inadequate or unimportant. They gave full support and empathy no matter the circumstance. Great personalities and good vibes.
Diego and Jaime were awesome. Coral was awesome. Ashton, Kallystra and Summer the MHTs were awesome. All the nurses and MHTs were great but the above were exceptional.
Best hospital in the state, team works well together to help with patient treatment.
The staff was great. This is the first time that somebody has listened to me. I am very impressed. I have been waiting to get my meds and my mental health under control for 20 years. Wonderful staff!
